I began baking cakes and sweet treats for friends and family. I discovered how versatile chocolate brownies could be and set to work experimenting with flavour combinations to create unique recipes.

After selling my brownies at local fairs it soon became clear that they were popular with both adults and children. I built the range further to incorporate seasonal ingredients, eventually building up to the selection I have today.

My aim is to use simple, good quality ingredients – 70% Belgian chocolate, English butter and free range eggs, as you would use when baking for your family and friends.

With more people conscious of what goes into the food they eat, I focused on creating brownies using local ingredients. I baked to my tried and tested recipes, simply using less sugar than in some traditional American brownies. I hope you enjoy our brownies! Follow us on twitter and facebook:
